Firestone Complete Auto Care

I scheduled an appointment for today to have my rims put on my tires since I purchased my tires with Firestone. I get call from someone and 7:30am telling me no one has showed up for work and they’re short staffed today. That’s not my problem. Control your staff then. Do not call me with your business bs drama. I will NEVER do business with Firestone again!!!

Thank you to Miguel! I popped a tire. In under two hours they had my tire shipped to store location and replaced. Fair upfront pricing. I will return!

So when my car broke down my warranty place gave me a few options. I chose Firestone because when I lived in SC we always used them for stuff and they were great. This Firestone is also exceptional! I am so glad I chose them. They worked with my warranty company with no problem. My repair which was the alternator in a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder is a notoriously difficult repair (no joke, Google it) They had it done same day! Miguel who was my point of contact was absolutely fabulous. Very professional and answered all of my questions. If he didn’t know the answer he found out and called me right back. I would highly recommend this Firestone to anyone. I don’t know the name of the person who worked on my car, but I do want him/her to know how extremely grateful I am for your fast and hard work ♥️ Update: mechanic was Luke! I was able to speak with him when I picked my car up and he was absolutely wonderful! Very helpful and happy to answer any questions I had. Thank you Luke, for your hard work and going the extra mile ♥️

I scheduled an appointment for today at 9am. I got wheel alignment before here, same truck and same tires. I got the same service at Georgetown location. Today I got to the store and this guy at the reception got me excuses that they can get the balance because the tires I have. They did it before twice but as today is Sunday he got me excuses. I said ok at least can you do the alignment and he said yes first and later he look inside and he said no. He told me to go to the Georgetown location. Hey they knew the truck I have. They did that service before and he didn’t want to do it. I lost over a hour coming here. Spend gas and didn’t want to do the service because it’s Sunday.
